Privacy and Cookie Statement
(version March 2021)
Introduction
Thank you for reading this document!
This is the Privacy and Cookie Statement of 2FitHorses, which is owned and run by Karin Toetenel.
Karin is a veterinary assistant, and her company advises clients and their horses/ponies on the basis of movement analyses. In addition, she trains and coaches her customers (training them in Biomechanical Saddle Fitting), and she has her own line of exclusive products for horses/ponies. 2FitHorses' products and services are offered via the website/webshop www.2FitHorses.com and the following social media channels: Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
This Privacy and Cookie Statement applies to all products, services and activities of 2FitHorses and any (future) subsidiaries, brands, labels or participations. If you visit the website, make a purchase in the webshop, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase a service, or contact us by telephone, email, social media or the online contact form on our website, we will process your personal data.
2FitHorses is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy statement 2FitHorses explains how your personal data are used and processed, thus indicating that 2FitHorses complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements and the Telecommunications Act (future e-Privacy Regulation).
2FitHorses also ensures that the personal information received from you is treated confidentially and with the utmost care and is adequately secured, and cannot fall into the wrong hands.
However, in a number of cases, 2FitHorses does share data with other parties because they support us in business operations. Parties such as an accountant or hosting provider, for example.
This is permitted, provided that GDPR agreements are in place.
This Privacy and Cookie Statement applies exclusively to the services and products of 2FitHorses. So please be aware that 2FitHorses is not responsible for the privacy policy of any other organisations mentioned on our website.
